    i get calls from these [***] all the times im tired of them calling my phone and im not changing my number to please them [***] them ... I bet its a cradit card or some fraud company.

    I have letters from these people stating I have $-____ in bank card balances with recent late payments on my credit!  They think they can negotiate for me.  One letter states IMPORTANT NOTICE 2012 making it look official.  They don't tell me what debts I have but proposed settlement and monthly payments.  It is one of their business and I don't know how they have a right to even see my information.  They use the three main credit bureaus.
