I got a message on voicemail. Did you find out who it is

The person that answered the number 1 (877) 310-1036 was not friendly. She was verbally abusive and wouldn’t tell me the company shes working for she just asked for my case number. I asked her case number for what? She argues back and hangs up. She only answered the phone as “litigations”

The message claims to be from National Document Servers wanting to serve documents 12967 and i need to be where they can serve me.  I will also forward the information to TX Attorney General office as I am a senior and don't appreciate being threatened by half informative fake agents.

I got a voicemail that said there was to be a complaint filed against my estranged mother with her full name, it gave me a case number. And something about calling the “ash er wah” firm. I can’t understand what it was and it wouldn’t get transcribed either.  The lady’s name was Mia and she had a heavy accent. I called back and that automated me to a robot saying to call the 877-310-1036 number. I did and the person who answer was a woman and was rude. She asked for the case number so I did. Didn’t tell me who she worked for. I told her I am not my mother so she wouldn’t give any info other than “the customs are calling to get in contact with her to serve her” when I asked why, she said “to serve her” I said okay and hung up. Then googled this number and found this forum. I don’t think it’s real but it’s strange they called me looking for my mom when I have no contact with her and have recently changed my number (4 years ago)

It’s a scam.   This number keep calling twice or three X a year.  We should call someone report her or lock her up for harrament.

The scam call called me and said they needed to deliver documents to my house. It said they were unable to and then I needed to call. So I called 877-310-1036 and the lady was very rude and said she wouldn’t tell me the name of the company. Total scam.

the # 806-288-8143 comes up as scam likely same message left as above she sounded as a china women speaking english message said to call 1-877-310-1036 regardinga complaint filed against me

Just received a voicemail from 605-250-9190 indicating a complaint was being filed against my son.  My immediate action is required - a case # was provided and she said documents were being served that I MUST sign for - if I had any questions i was to call the "issuing agent" at 877-310-1036- otherwise they would contact my place of employment for further action

Just got a call from a number that showed up as 832-225-3423. I let it go to voicemail. They left a message saying BF that I had a complaint filed against me and needed to call 877-310-1036 with a case number or that they would be contacting my employer. I have no idea why I would have a complaint. Came to Google the number and found this forum.

My sister just got the same call that most of you are getting. As a paralegal, I can tell you this is just a scam.  But I took it a step further.  I called, and Ana answered "litigations." I told her my name and told her the Law Office that I work for.  She wouldn't let me finish and said I was just rambling and she needed a case number.  I gave her the case number, and she then told me that she knew I wasn't a lawyer and that I needed to get out of my fantasy.  I told her she was correct.  I am not a lawyer.  I told her what she considered rambling was me introducing myself.  I never said I was a lawyer. I said I was a paralegal.  I told her she needs to pay attention and do her job better.  She hung up, and I called right back.  When she answered, she just said hello.  I said," Ana, that was rude and very unprofessional of her to hang up.  I am conducting business and I am very busy, so please don't waste my time with your foolishness."  She hung up again.
