These calls come in 7 days a wk over 7 x a day.  Certain times I am at work but no msg. left just a fuzzy sound.  I refuse to call back someone who cannot leave a msg.  Do they think I am going to respond to a fuzzy sound.  This is a Scam.  I have contacted my Creditors and they are not calling me.  Stop the Insanity.  Can anyone do something about this.  Maybe I need to invest some money on an attorney.

Started calling yesterday and have called several times since. Called them back and a lady answered. It's debt collection.

call every day starting at 8 AM all the way to 9 PM including on Sunday's!!! Several times a day! No message. Very annoying & harassing! Got a call saying no caller ID as well, I'm sure it was them as well!

Very rude. Numerous calls with no voicemail left. When I called back finally a rude woman answered and would not give me her name or the company's name until I gave them MY name (which I didn't), so I hung up.  If this matter is this urgent as it appears to be with the aggressive calling, I find it suspect no voice mails have been left.

They call my cell phone all the time, never a message...I have blocked it thinking it  a scam or if honest they leave a message right?

They called me 14 times in the last three days without leaving a message. I inadvertently answered yesterday. Debt collector. This seems to be a catch all number. I called the original company I owed to sort it out. No need to give a stranger with my address any more information.

Do any of y'all have loans with a cash storage or title loan? I think this is a private collections agency, and they never leave messages so people can't sue them for leaving sensitive personal info in an unsecured manner (its actually a privacy law thing) anyway,  we're getting calls too, I finally answered and was told to have my family member attend a hearing at 5 pm tonight to avoid further legal action, but because I am not the person they want they wouldn't give me any info.
It feels sketchy, but its likely collections . when my family member gets home I'm gonna see about looking up credit reports.
There is nothing on BBB about this number, any other ideas?

This feels like a phony debt scammer to me.  Or it this could be the new scam going around where you are told about a last minute hearing, and if you don't make it, you will arrested, tortured, hung and then put on trial.  HOWEVER, if you pay $$$$ right now, you will be let of the hook.  At least until the scammers call again.

It is the bit about the hearing that makes me think this is shake down, or maybe a debt scammer who does the fake trial shakedown as well.

No matter what, these are crooks.  Ignore and block the calls.  Don't call them back, callbacks will only encourage them to call with more threats.  They do not keep a Do Not Call list, and they will break the law every chance they get.  Without a name, digging deeper is hard.  The fact they don't use a name is another hint they are crooks.

Call every morning at 8:10AM never leave a message. I do not owe anyone and I can block 5000 numbers  so they will run out of numbers eventually. These people are bottom feeding, low life scum, and criminals. Get a legitimate job, and stop harassing people that actually contribute to society. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

Synchrony Bank issues credit cards under different brand names as well as its own.  The proper way to handle them follows (their address is easy to find on the internet):

You need to send them a certified, return receipt debt validation, cease and desist calling, or "not me" letter (think of it as the best $6.47 you ever invested).  Also send it first class mail in case no one will sign for it.  Make a notation of that fact at the bottom of the letter.  You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to.  Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment.  If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt and we would all be the richer for it.  Use these web sites to find an attorney in your state that will probably take the case on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket up front):  http://www.consumeradvocates.org/

That number keeps calling my phone and very bad times been going on for months  .please make it stop

They call all the time if you left a message I may be more inclined to answer the call or call them back I don’t answer unknown numbers

same as others say call several times a day.my phone marks it as suspected spam. don't answer restricted or spam calls. pretty relentless .

They don't stop... they just keep calling I answered and said it will try to connect me to an agent but it just drops after that message.

Finally got a hold of someone. Collection for Synchrony Bank for Walmart.

It is a debt collector for Synchrony Bank which collects for Care Credit, JC Penney and Walmart.
