Received a call from this number multiple times. The call is in regards to a debt that I no longer owe. The debt was written off by my old bank but I'm getting calls from this company saying I owe it because it's been sold to them 4 years later. I set up a payment arrangement because they sound very legit. They had my bank account number. A local phone number called me claiming to need a verification of my address and place of employment. When I recently called that local number back, it reverted back to the phantom company. They don't take checks or money orders or payments online in anyway only cc over the phone. Even the email address they gave me was to a company that, at first glance checks out. Turns out when I called that company they only do very large commercial debt and no personal debt at all. I called my old bank and they sell debts to two company's neither of which are Royal assets management. I believe this is a scam call and taking steps to cancel my bank card so they don't take any more money from me. It seems legit but it's a group of people not just one person. Don't be fooled. They may call your family members or disclose info in a voicemail (this is against regulation)

I received a message from someone stating there is a claim against me.  First of all, I owe no debts, I am clean and paid or settled all my past history, thus hold pride about it.  They don't even have my full name as I have been divorced for over 15+ years.  Threatened to find my place of employment and new address.  Who is this and please submit these people for fraud!  Some so called order number 2017 390 80 - this goes to vm when I called.  I googled and this number does pop up no where, but others complaining of such fraudulent calls - transferred debts from one to another company whom are not fully updated on clients.
THIS IS FRAUD, I OWE NOTHING....IF YOU SUFFER THIS, PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT TOO!!!!!

Someone claiming to be named Victoria Vega called saying I MAY have a claim against me, and she wants my home address, etc. These people keep harassing me and don't seem to understand I'm not going to fall for their scam. Each time it's a different person and they give a different number I'm supposed to call. DO NOT trust these people if they call you.

I received a call today stating there is a claim against me. I asked if there is a claim against me then you should have my information. She stated she needed my address and I refused to give to her. I only owe student loans which I am paying through Nelnet so this has to be a scam.

Person called my friend trying to get a hold of me first, then called me. I have all my debts currently being handled or paid off. I've tried calling the specific number they tried to call me on as well as the number they gave me. No one would answer. Tried calling various parts of the day. No answer. Tried punching in various extensions.... no answer.

Same fraudulent phone number and fraudulent claims

Got a call from "Kim Johnson" who said she needed to find contact info for some woman.  The phone indicated this was coming from a nearby town. I was to call 877.326.3075 "to avoid involvement".  A claim number was even given. I knew this was bogus right away.  We do not have ANY debts.  SUCH A SCAM.  I welcome the day when law enforcement takes care of these people.
