I have been receiving calls from an "attorney's office" that is getting ready to process the paperwork to serve me for check fraud on my back.  They claim that there is information about a payday loan that was never paid off from CashNetUSA and therefore they are going after me for check fraud.  LOL!  First...I don't owe anything to anybody.  Second...there has to be a check written and signed before the check laws come into play. What a load of crap.

Hey guys...f-u and the horse you rode in on.  I have contacted my local law enforcement agency, the FBI, and the SS.

Found this out on the net....so much for being a law firm...LMAO.

I want all the information I can get on this company....do they have a name?
They called several names with the last name that I have...even out of city where I live!!!! And not onlu asked if they knew me...but proceeded to make them think I had written a bad check!!!! I certainly have not!!! What ever happened to the privacy law?
I want information so I can prosecute!!!

janie, i know exactly who these people are. and i know all their real names and addresses and phone numbers. they screwed my boss and tried to take over his employees and left him for dead. ill give you all the help you need

Did a quick check of the phone number 877-326-5920, it belongs to a company called E-Check Recovery LLC in Fenton MO.  Rob Zeitler is listed as co-owner.  I dont see anything about a Law Office or Attorney in Haynes, but at least in California no one or no business with these names or address is admitted to the bar association or has a collection liscense on file.

Please post the information you have on this group.  It will be helpfull to save alot of us time researching on our own.  You cannot be prosecuted in criminal or civil court so long as the information you post is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Interesting to know... in California and many other states once a creditor (the original one) recieves ANY TYPE of payment for a debt which causes it to close or stop seeking payment on it, the account is settled.  Closed. Ended. Done for.  By selling the debt to a collection agency for payment the company has obtained what it considers a fair amount and the debt is NO LONGER VALID.   UNLESS the collection agency has written agreement, which they must provide to you, stating that the money the will collect from you will entirely go to the creditor the collection company has no grounds to persue it.  In fact they dont own the debt because the debt was settled when they PAID it/for it to the creditor.  Does this mean they wont put a bad mark on your credit report NO.  Anyone can put a negative report to the agencies..someone with some time should file a few on Rob Zeitler's...but in court and even with the credit agencies if you persue it.. the debt is DONE.

Yes, these are all fake firms. Check with the states Bar as well as file a complaint with the Attorney General

No legit company operates this way.  They have no specific info but will try to get all kinds of info from you and will use intimidtion tactics to get money from you.  Anyone that is LEGALLY truing to collect a LEGIT debt will send something in writing FIRST! Check with your bank and creditors abot debts don't take the word of some random stranger that calls!! They are scum bags and scum bags do and say whatever they have to to get your money!!
