Left a message saying that she was Rebecca and that they were trying to locate F******* and the same exact thing that the other posts says word for word. I think it’s a scam.

Has also called my ex husband (of 13 years) and HIS now ex wife with exact same message

I received a call identicle to everyone else with the same message!  Dark voiced lady.  Like she smoked 3 packs of smokes a day!

A lady name Rebecca called my husband requesting the same thing on me. I think its a scam and she didn't even leave a the name of the office.. She just called me and I new right then it a scam..

They call from different numbers this time its showing as private and they got blocked but left a mess and shows number 8773322339 in my voicemail i think this is a payday loan collection agency calling references trying to info from us i blocked again with a app i found free

Same information as all others.  They call and harass me and my parents every day.

I received the same message and when I called back they said they were from “NT” I asked what that meant and they said “NT” I then told them I was not going to give any information out until they told me who they were and the guy said “it does not work that way” so I simply told him to F$&@ off then if he thought I was going to provide any info if he was not willing to tell me who was in the first place and then he hung up.

This is some sort of new scam, scarying you into providing information on a relative.

Received the same thing, Called me and My mom looking for whereabouts. Came up on my Phone as "Scam Likely"

I actually pressed 1 to speak with someone.  Told it was Mesa Financial regarding a "contract" i entered into.  Wouldn't/couldn't give me more details.  Refused to send a validation notice "too late for that".  Said I could pay over the phone at a discounted rate.  I asked for an address to mail in payment as I do not have credit cards.  She said they don't accept mail payments and I could go to the store and purchase a prepaid card!   Told her that was not an option and to go ahead and serve me.  She said she would give her "client' 48 hours to decide what to do to me....

I have received  the same recording several days in a row now. (Same as above). I am not sure what the recording is saying but it sounds like a name I have not used in over 15 years. Hmmmmm. I think I am going to block it.

Same thing with same messages as other posts here. it started about 5 days ago and they calll  everyday! i am going to block them...

Same as above. A lady named Rebecca keeps asking for my father and leaves no further details regarding what "company". The called ID on my phone also pulls up the name as "Scam Likely"

Word for word, same lady/message. My family got calls about my husband a year ago (including my great grandmother), but I never had...until now. Hating all the spam calls

Scam callers repeatedly  asking to trace someone I've never even heard of. Block and report.

This is a scam. It is a result of recent hacks. They will pretend you either have debt collection or a lawsuit against you and ask for money over the phone. It's the same message every time. They say the law allows them to "contact all references on file..." Oh wow. YOu can call phone numbers you have legally? Wow. That sounds so official. It's BS. Just ignore. Give NO information.
