Netspend prepaid card here.  I don't have any prepaid cards.  I'm on the donotcall list by the federal government.  is there something I can do?

Just recieved a call from this number 877-332-7782. They left a VM saying they were NetSpend and to call about my prepaid debit card and to enter my card # when I call to be directed to the appropriate area and that if I have already spoken to a customer service representative about this call then I can disregard this message...pretty sure I'm just going to disregard this message anyway...I do not have a prepaid debit card of any kind.

I have a feeling this is a total scam, I tried twice to get past putting in a credit card number by making one up, it NEVER gave me a chance to talk to a live person.

This is a fishing scam, don't fall for it.

This place has called me several times over the last couple/3 days...very annoying.  I tried calling back once and it's an automated system that wants you to enter your card number!  Don't do it!  Crazy.

Talked about a prepaid debit card and I needed to call back.  I don't have a prepaid card and they called on my cell. Card name was unintelligible.

Received a call from this number and a voice-mail about a prepaid debit card that i don't have.  I think it's a scam, too.  Beware!

Answered the phone. Automated voice for NetSpend calling "regarding an important message about your NetSpend prepaid card".

Got this same call.  Can't even imagine who would actually type in a credit card number to a phone system.  They must live under rocks.  Googled it and lots of Chinese websites come up. Anyway, I put the number in auto reject on my cell phone so won't see that again.

Received the robo call and answered the phone (it was to my cell phone number).  Got the prompt to enter a pre-paid credit card number from their company ("NetSpend") which I do not have.  Tried hitting "0" to reach a live human being and it eventually hung up on me.  Called back multiple times and it always gave me a "busy" signal - I suspect that my phone number was recorded and blocked.  I filed a complaint on this company at the National Do Not Call Registry.

I suspect something fishy here, such as phishing or even spearphishing.

Yep, got a call from them during a meeting at work today.  Glad I didn't answer or the people I work with would have saw a different side of me come out.  Gotta keep my composure.  I hate being bothered with car warranties too!

Heck, why don't you send me a pre-paid debit card?!  You selfish [***]!

They tried to get me!! Right after I made an on line purchase, these jokers called me and asked me to call 877-332-7782 and enter my net spend card number.  After checking the back of my two cards, realized this was not any phone number for my regular business. I "Googled" net spend, it is a debit card service?but not one with which I do business.
I did a reverse look-up and found this site. Thanks to everyone watching out for us!! Id theft thieves can suck your money out of any card you give them? Phishing ??
