I never received a phone call but was charged $25. on my credit card from a company called, "League of American Vote", with this number 877-332-8313 and the zip code  DC 24073  (This is not a DC zip code, it is Christiansburg, VA 24073)

There is an organization called, "League of American Voter's",  and they are located in DC with the zip code 20005.  This charge was made by "League of American Vote"..... two letters were dropped.

I've seen on other sights where people have listed this same phone number belonging to several company names but each person said they had charges that were not authorized.

It appears this low life some how has access to companies where the victim makes a ligit charge and this scum charges your account with the same name excluding a few letters or a name similar and hoping the victim won't notice!

I never received a call from them, but they did charge my bank account $25.  Calling themselves League of America in DC with the phone number 877-332-8313.  They are low life wretched scum!

They tried to charge my VISA card but my expiration date had already been changed, so they did not succeed. Then they sent me an email asking me to call them (at 877-332-8313) with the updated info. To play it safe I called the credit card company and asked them to replace the card with a new one. The email referred to the League of American Voters, and there is (or was) such an entity. However, I doubt it is behind the scam.
