seriously? that's who thi is? my payment isn't due for several days and i've never been late. how absurd! i got a message saying to call them back about an important matter.

I hav oedered several times from them.  I never get  a bill and have to just write a note with check.  I ordered a vacuum that I still have not received a bill and a tablet.  I called to see how I can get balanc and a bill to pay the vacuum in full.  The guy said my lasr 4 of my ssn did not match their records.  He would not give me any information even though my name, address and all other info matched.  I asked for a supervisor and was advised it would take 24 to 48 hours for a call back! And customer service not open after I get out of work because I live in Cali.  I took today off and tried to get the number and the website is down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's Gettington. They have called me five times within the past half hour to remind me of a payment that is due tomorrow. I always pay my balance, in full, on the due date. As a matter of fact- my account is scheduled to do so. I'm closing my account as soon as it's paid tomorrow, because this is harassment for NO REASON.

Gettington is getting on my nerves!!  Every month I get this call that my payment is due....yeah I know but not due on the 3rd, it is due on the 15th!  HELLOOOOO......I'm an adult and always pay on time.  Jeez people, the least you could do is leave a message instead of harassing me all the time!

I got a call from 877-332-8970 that left a voice mail message to call back regarding an important matter.  If it's Gettington, my payment isn't due for a few days yet and I pay on time, too!  What's the deal?  I work for a bank.  I'm going to check the collections manager tomorrow when I go to work to see if this is legal.  I would expect a call if I'm past due, but not when the payment isn't even due yet!  I agree - this seems like harassment!

It's simply a courtesy call/reminder of your payment due....NOT HARASSMENT !!! Sometimes statements get lost in the mail.......Kind of like your doctors office calling to remind you of your upcoming appointment.

I must say that it's a little absurd that people scream, yell, complain, and even go as far as saying a reminder call is harassment... In fact, that call from gettington saved me from going late because I was in the midst of moving and i completely forgot to schedule my payment... I see a lot of defensive and offensive comments in regards to this.. i have 2 creditors including AMEX that call me to let me know when/ The credit reporting cycle takes places so that I can pay in full at the right time to reflect a paid balance on my report! Paying in full by due date does NOT mean you are showing a 0 balance on your report if are paying after the credit reporting cycle..  they give you credit probably because someone else won't yet you all complain about a friendly reminder call... sorry but I'm not for a creditor.. i just think this rant about a reminder call is silly.. good luck with a prime bank .

Yes, I get these stupid calls from them too and even e-mails that my bill is coming due in several days. I just ignore them as I usually pay on-line anyway.

I use autopay, why on earth do they need to remind me?  I just logged in and the next payment posts in 2 days!

I bought a watch from Gettington and elected to make payments.  They have been calling me repeatedly asking me to call them back regarding an "important matter."  They don't identify themselves.  I agree, how absurd!

I thought it was another telemarketer, until I did a search on here. Gettington. My payment is not due for another 4 days..I always pay at least 2 days before the date. Why are they bugging me now? I have NEVER been late with a payment.

Well, they have texted AND called me today, and I made my Jan 9th payment YESTERDAY, so gotta call it harassment.

I had no clue who Gettington even was until these A'holes started robo-calling me multiple times a day. From different numbers so I cant even block them. When I call back they demand my name and social while refusing to tell me who they're actually looking for. I tell them to take me off they're list and they promise  they will except for the fact that the very next day they're calling me again.

The site says you cannot order over the phone. I cancelled the order by phone, only to receive  a washer.  I told them I didnt want. Now all my order status  have eased.  What the!!!!!
