These people pose as process servers and threaten you that they are coming out to serve you; they call everyday with a case# & to remind you...they leave this # to return their phone call then when you call..they answer with "hello."

When calling this phone number back it is an automated answering system and the name stated is Westwood Associates. A Google look up on this shows that it is tied into the CLX Systems Debt Collection Agency.

A lady, which did not identify herself, called my wife, Thursday afternoon, and stated that she would be bringing court papers to our house for her to sign on Monday. The lady stated that she would call before coming out to the house.

Scare tactics to get you to call them back.

I just recieved a call from UNKNOWN CALLER, i was told that she told to serve me court papers and that i was being sued. She gave me a number to call back 1-877-333-5991. When i called they needed me to verify information-RED FLAG i then said if i was being sued you should have my information.

THIS IS NOT US!  We have gotten several erroneous calls off of this post!  We have no idea which Westwood Associates you are looking for, but we are CLX Systems/ Westwood Management.  We do not even control a 1-877 telephone number.

Yes, these guys are scammers or something.  Not sure what they try to do after they you agree to sign "papers" they are going to "serve you wtih" but I'm sure in involves buying some sort of greendot card. If you call them back they say they are westwood associates and that their offices are currently closed and to leave a message but it never lets you until the message plays 3 times
