This is a total scam.  Threatening some sort of civil action in a county I have never been to and an address I have never lived at.

Scam call. Threatened civil suit and service to my home address, had my info. I called the courthouse and they have no lawsuit filed with me.

Called a family number to leave a message for me. Seems like a scam. Maybe its my overdue Block Buster catching up with me!

I thought this was a scam, too.  But I wasn't sure enough to let it ride.  It seems a debt that was to be written off in a bankruptcy was not written off, but rather it was sold....multiple times.  The bankruptcy was 2/2012 and the debt collection is 6/2025.   I will file the paperwork to have it expunged.  Scary stuff.  Walker and Associates/Los Angeles was the agency.

I'd make sure of the legitimacy before you give any information.  This may be a scam or zombie debt collector trying to get you to acknowledge the debt.  This is from the real Walker and Associates web site https://walkerlawpc.com/
