a recorded message (in varying "foriegn" accents)says "this is not a sales call...it is very important that you call [another number] and reference the following number [...].  Call is received very frequently -- on some days several times -- have not returned it.  its been suggested that its a scam -- when you call back and are put on hold, very large fees are added to your phone bill.  i'd love to make this one go away!

Foreign lady saying "important call" please call us back this is not a sales call"  You know that "me love you long time" voice. Very annoyingly call every so often- when answered it is a recording saying to call. My research says that when you call them back "they screw you long time!" with huge LD fees somehow attched to your phone bill?  I am not calling them back and wish someone would be able to stop them.
