patrick bower called me and said he was from a cable co. out of buffalo Ny. and that i owed a bill and gave a court docket number and said he will  be down no later than tuesday to serve me with papers. well i got news for him bring it is all i can say. never lived in ny at all.

I got a call from Brian Hauser who said he was from Anthony Rodriquez Law Office. He said that I owed money for a pay day loan from 2009 and that I had a bad check. He gave me a case number and said that if I didn't work out a deal that I would be sued.

Same here Jennifer, pay day loan from 2006, said I would be served the following monday for writting a bad check. Wow! My credit report showed it as a write off.

Report it immeadiatley to the FBI, your local police, call your state offices of Homeland Security and Secret Service. This attempted extortion, plain and simple. The FBI and FTC are cracking down on these idiots. SOON, they will get their due.

I got a call from a Patrick Bower from a Private number and he said to call this toll free number 877-337-9232 and I spoke to a Mr Payton who told me the same thing. However he would not tell me where this "Anthony Rodriguez Law Office" was.  He said I was being served for a PayDay Loan with a company I have never heard of.

I keep getting calls from these guys saying they are coming to "serve" me and leaving me threatening messages. they are unwilling to settle a meager $1000 debt from over 3 years ago that doesnt show up on my credit report. very threatening.
