Received a call from a donald sandino saying they have a summons for me with my name and the last for of my social security number.  He does not state who the debt is from or identify the office/company he is working for. Does anyone know who this is?

This guy is trying to scare individuals as a debt collector. The number is from a law office of some Anthony H. Rodriguez. The issue is that noone answers the phone after you press 1. The recording keeps going back to the original message.

This is DEFINITELY a Scam!  I Called the Erie County Bar Association at 814 459 3111 and confirmed that there is NO Anthony H Rodriguez or Rodrigues who is a member of the bar OR licensed in The State of Pennsylvania to Practice law.  Also Donald Sandino Never showed up at my work or residence to serve papers as he said.

I have to update Update on my last Post.  "Mr" Rodriques is licensed in PA to practice law. He's not a member of the Erie Co. Bar Association, but IS licensed.  He was licensed in May of this year.  I still wouldn't deal with him even if you DO owe any debts WITHOUT Challenging his right to collect.  I called his office and His people did not have the FACTS Which The Fair Debt Collection Practices ACT requires.  First of all his people had no Idea my debt had been sold, which I have proof of,  they misquoted the amount of the debt and the interest rate.

Don't give these BOZOS any information.  Get it from them.  Try to record the phone call if they pursue it.  Check the laws in your state as to whether you have to inform them of the taping.

Got a call from some guy named Ron who explained to a member of my family, Not an immediate member of my family, that I was being arrested by him this friday. I called the number anthey explained he was the go to person in my county. I talked to some other guy and who was not very good at his job. I told him I would be recording the call asked for full name, company her represented and physical address, after much silence he answered the questions. I told him that I head reason not to believe the debt was mine and I was and I was requesting a copy of the contract between myself and the company he was representing. He said he would send the paperwork, but he never confirmed my address or anything. Now for Mr Ron. If he does come to my house the police will be called, the only people who arrest are the police and since he is a member of our local police dept he is impersonating a police officer, FEDERAL OFFENCE. attempt to intimadate me illegal. I will will file charges on that given personal information to anyone other than my self I am talking to a lawyer to see if I have the right to sue this person for a violation of my pesonal rights.
