These people have been calling in saying that they have papers to deliver to me. they keep saying that they are going to deliver them at a certain time and I have no idea what it's about when I tried to call they said that I had a civil suit against me I think this is a scam and was just wondering if anybody knew anything about this?

in the message they give me a phone number and a case number the phone number is 1 (877) 337-9378 they also say that they will be stopping by my place of employment and my house and they give me a certain time.so far they have called twice and left a message but different women do the talking

They just called a friend of mine trying to do the exact same thing. Totally scammers. They called all of his family as well. Not sure whats going on, but I guess ill just wait for the call.

I received a call from this guy name Charles Gram 877-337-9378 and saying that they have papers to deliver to me, also the same person called my sister in law at her number to asking for me. They keep saying that they are going to deliver some paper work that requires my signature on tuesday at a certain time but he didn't show up. I have no idea what this is about and he called on monday then he called again this morning saying the same thing. Does anyone know what this is about?

A Charles Gram called my friend and said I requested sum documents and I needed to sign them. And also he stated he has been going to my work place and has been calling. But I have not receiving any calls from dis person.  I have no idea what this is about.  Does anyone no what this is about?

they also called me from a private number and had me call the above number you posted they were very shady not sure what to do but I sure don't want to give them any money. have you heard anything else from them?

They'll probably keep calling back - their MO is to harass people and scare them into paying some bogus debt.   Please do report them to the FTC, FBI and your state's Attorney General.  And DO let your callers know that you've reported them and you won't be giving them a dime.  More info here:

Follow the steps in what you need to know. A legitimate debt collector agency should not have a problem with giving you a real business name and address you can google and verify via google street view, BBB etc.

Charles graham o called me too from  a private number it scared me so I called the 877 number but could not understand  the name of the business it was a lady named julianna she said it was about a credit card from 2002 I had one in the past but before then any way the statue of limitations would be up on it. they were all really shady said someone else had just called and said they were me it was crazy! I wish now I would not have called them. I wonder how they are getting phone numbers.
