THEY CALLED ME TOO, SAYING THEY SELL TIMESHARE WITH NO UP FRONT FEES, THAT THEY HAVE THE BUYERS COME TO US. THEN SEVERAL DAYS LATER THEY CALLED BACK SAYING THEY HAVE A CORPORATE BUYER, BUT I NEED TO PAY A MARKETING FEE OF $2,750.- TO START THE PAPERWORK AND IT COULD TAKE UP 60 DAYS TO CLOSE.
THEY ALSO ASKED IF I WANTED TO GET PAID WITH CASHIERS CHECK OR ELECTRONIC MONEY TRANSFER WHICH, OF COURSE MADE IT A ONE OR TWO DAY TRANSACTION INSTEAD OF TEN PLUS.
AFTER LOOKING THEM UP I FOUND THAT ROYAL RESORTS LLC IS IN DEFAULT WITH THE SECRETARY OF STATE OF NEVADA. I COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING ELSE EXCEPT FOR THIS POST. SOUNDS LIKE A DUCK AND SMELLS LIKE A DUCK...
I'D LIKE TO SELL MY TIME SHARE... BUT WHO DO YOU TRUST THIS DAYS?

I recived 2 calls this morning with a fast turnaround offer stating I would bring in more than purchase price - they want $2000 after offer/acceptance & to start closing documents.   If this is not legit - who do I contact?

I have received several calls over the past 2 weeks  fro Timothy Davis at 877-343-4838 ext 247 or so he states. When I tried to call him back, I got an answering service who would not tell me the name of the company she was answering for. They first stated that I needed to put up $1000.00. Now today I would need to put up $2000.00, but because he had misquoted earlier, he could do it for $1500.00.

The price sounds to good to be true.

Received call from Timothy Davis - 877.343.4838, ext 247 soliciting the purchase of our Timeshare for over 20,000.00.  Not too many details; I stated that I needed to talk with my wife before proceeding.  We attempted to call back several times; he finally called again two days later. He left a message, my wife tried to call him back.  A few minutes later Anthony Russo called back.  This time (second time we spoke with them) he told about the $2000.00 fee.

We checked their website (took some looking to find it) www.royalresortsusa.com ... and read the fine print.  They state on the site that they are not a real estate broker, but that they are an advertising company only.  They also state that they do not set the price or guarantee the sale of our timeshare.

This is at odds with the phone conversations we had.  They stated multiple times that they have a corporate buyer for 120 units and ours would be number 115.  They also state that our unit was part of this group of 120 and that it would close and we would receive our money within 90 days.

September 30th Bobby Saldana. Corp buy of Wyndham property. I'll get $37000.00 plus maintance paid by me refunded. 14 day refund policy. No problem I get these calls all the time and have been refunded my money in the past. I was going away so when I got home I sent a certified letter requesting my money back. Got my receipt of the certified mail then I called. Anthony Russo said there is no refund that 14 days is for credit card returns. I would be coming to LV to shake his hand in 5 months. It seems like I am not going to be shaking his hand after all. I got f*cked for $1000.

After several phone calls asureing us that they had buyers for our properties and we would receive a check in 3 to 6 months, we signed an agreement on 12-23-2009. They were to put an astopal on our maintenence fees which never happened. I talk to them maybe only once after signing and giving them $2,250. They assured me that everything was going as planned, this I believe was in Feb. 2010 I have not been able to contact them since. The $2,250 was to be returned to me at the close of the sale.The names of people that I talk to was Timothy D. and Michel Daniels. Also the names on the agreement. I also talk to a lady, at this time I don't remember her name, but I may have it in my files.

We also got scammed, be filed a complaint with the BBB of Las Vegas, also with the FBI, which I had to write up everything from day of deal to present.  I also contacted the State Attorney General's office,  we may not get our money back, but these scum bags need to be stopped.  Wish I had check this site first.

WE UNDERSTAND TOTALLY, WE WERE SCAMMED ALSO.  BUT I HAVE FILED MY COMPLAINTS TO VARIOUS, (FBI, BBB, LVSAG,)  SCUM OF THE EARTH.
