I immediately told him "no, I have one person ONLY that works on my computer so give me you phone # & I will have him call you.
He started cussing & beligerent so I hung up on him. This by the way is NOT the first we've received calls from this number.

- iPhone User| 4 repliesI got a "firewall-error-alert.com" notice on my iPhone 5 when I clicked on a news article. The notice said: "Due to a 3rd party application in your phone, iOS crashed. Contact support for immediate fix. Call 1-877-343-6399 (toll free immediately). Seems fishy. Just read the above comments and I see that it's a scam. Thanks.

Told me I " HAD TO ACT NOW OR I WOULD JUST GET THE SAME MESSAGE AND WOULDNT BE ABLE TO USE ANY OF THEM !!" I told him I would just go to the Apple store to get assistance!! He said " THEYLL JUST TELL YOU WHAT I JUST TOLD YOU!! YOU HAVE TO ACT IMMEDIATELY!! " told him NO I'm NOT paying you a cent!! He got mad and I hung up!! MAJOR SCAM !! DONT BE FOOLED SCAM ON iPHONE!!

- DMC replies to iPhone 5 user 3I got exactly the same message on my iPad. I pinched the browser screen slightly to collapse down to the view that displays all the open Web pages. Then I found the page "firewall- error-alert.com" and simply closed it.
- DanikaWas on my iPhone looking things up online and got a pop up claiming my iOS crashed due to a third party and call this number. I called no one answered and there wasn't no intro about it having to do with Apple at all. once I called the pop up is now gone and I can use safari again.
