Anyone know who this is?  Get calls all times of day. Answer, but no one talks

I got a call at 9:23 am today, June 6, 2016.  I did not answer and it the call hung up.  First time I have received it as I put them un Unknown with a number, so not there

Says they are a debt collector...

They took me. For one they seem to be able to play their parts well and must have inter city to city helpers  A fake court summons was served and I paid them without checking for real court documents.  Now they are doing it again with a bill I know I have paid.

Just curious -- how was the summons delivered?

They can't do anything without a participant meaning if you don't reply back, click on any links, or answer their calls in any way, they've got no chance. It doesn't matter if they play their parts well, if they don't have a bite, they're helpless. Ignore calls from this number and all others unknown entirely if possible and stay safe.

They call and do not state who the call is for. Thatbis the case in all these spam calls. I dont answer and put them on auto block.
