who is this company?

Who is this company? I got a weird call saying I was going to be served by they don't even have my correct name? Nor this they say what it was for? Odd [***] shiznit.

They called my job and then one of my family members saying that they will serve me with summons and kept saying the wrong name. Who is this company.

they keep calling me back to back at work. i think this is definitely a scam because they do not have any current information on me other than my work #.

I received a call from this company stating that I was going to be served at my job and my home. They also contacted a family member and asked information about me and my whereabouts. Extremely disturbing language and vibe of the message from the call. It's one thing to be a creditor and call, but don't try to make me feel threatened. When I find out who this company is I will be taking Legal measures of my own.

the name of the company is A.C.S. collections and A.C.S. law firm ITS A SCAM.

I just received a message saying I had written a bad check and they will go to my home and my job.  I called and asked what it was about because I don't have a checking account, therefore I CAN'T WRITE CHECKS. The lady told me they contacted the wrong person with my name a basically hung up on me. Definatly a scam.
