Same here. This appears to be fraudulent.

Not really fraudulent. Its a billing/collection company that works for medical providers...doctors/hospitals, etc... Contact your Employer's HR Dept and ask for contact information to the place that actually processes your family's medical bills (a third-party administrator). Ask the TPA to verify your benefits and what you owe on each service. :)

Not a very professional billing company! They sent me a bill stating my insurance had paid and the remaining portion on the eob (explanation of benefits) stated not allowed! I keep all my eob's, pulled my eob out & what it states is discount amount! What kind of billing company has incompetent billers as workers' that do not know how to read the eob & want to fraudulently bill the patient for the portion that they agreed as preferred providers' to write off as a professional discount!

Upon placing a call, phone just rang, no answer machine to leave a message and on the statement not even a fax to even contact them in that manner...Rudest billing company ever. And let me tell you I've worked every specialty out there as a biller! FYI, company did not call me, they sent me a statement, and I called them & could not leave a message, no machine!

Please submit bill for account  S97 909281753 to Unitedhealthcare PO Box 1600 Kingston NY as it is not paid.

Would you happen to know the name of the billing company?

This company calls me on my business phone, won't talk, called five times.
