Call from Dave Ellison, a process server going to serve us with a notice to appear in court.  Left this number.

I had the same guy call looking for myself.  He called my step dads exwife of whom I don't even know her last name her phone number or where she even lives, after that proceeded to call my mom and my cell phone saying that he had litigation papers to serve me and to consider this my final notice.  Of which it was my only notice.  When he called my mom he left a different number(8665995783). I did not call him back as it seemed odd to me to call my step dads exwife.  It is definatly a scam!  From the research that I have done this is a scam and recieved the info from payday loan companies.

This is a new number for the ACS Law scam.  

I received my first call from Shawn Green on August 22nd, 2011.  I don't know how he got my cell phone number, but he has called twice and said I was going to be served for charges of defrauding a financial institution and breach of contract.  He left a number for me to call and talk to the plantiff's attorney for further info,  888-451-7407.  I was stupid and called it back and I went into a Carol Walker's voice mail, but I hung up before leaving a message.  Today he left a different number, 877-346-6055 and said that I could call and talk to the plantiff's attorney "to avoid further legal action."   When you call the 888-451-7407 today, they tell you that you are calling the US Army.

These idots call me all the time, ever since I got rob at Wells Fargo bank I have numerous idots like them saying I default on a financial contract which of course its a scam, I have already filed a report with the police and FBI,but they say trying to catch these idots is useless because they change numbers constantly, I just laugh when they call now and hang up.it pisses them off...Lol
