Received call from 877-345-9596, they left no message. Called them back says Schwartz and Weinstein Law Firm. Its a bogus scam call.

3rd call I received from this company. Said that received a fax and charges are being filed against me. A summons will be sent to work or home. If I feel this is incorrect to contact this number 8773469596. Not calling back scam.

Same as all of the comments above.  I've blocked the #.  They call me every day to tell me they "just got a fax", and I'll be served.  Serve away guys - I don't owe anything.  Let's go.

Calling repeatedly every 15 - 30 minutes leaving a voicemail that there is a summons to serve at my home or place of work. Phishing scam trying to get anyone to respond out of concern.  Filed a complaint with the ftc and will be blocking since this is day two of repetitive calls from this number.

They keep calling me from this number and other numbers same threat against me saying I owe money will be served and go to jail from my hometown the sheriff's will come and get me call the Attorney General on them
