This number called my cell phone. ID shows unknown. Scam or telemarketing?

Same BS, not a number I recognize so I don't answer and look here to see if it is someone I should know.  Of course 99.99% of the time.... Scammers.

Answered.  Lady was speaking Spanish.  I said "excuse me".  She said "Do you speak Spanish?".  I said "No".  She said "Sorry".  End of conversation.  Blocked.

I answered, woman asked if i spoke Spanish. I told her 'no' and to stop calling this number and she said 'sorry' and hung up. Blocked.

Mom got a call from this number. This time it sounded like a male on the line. Kept saying "bueno" which is used as a greeting in spanish. Mom hung up and here I am looking up the number. Looks like a scam

I said "why are you calling me? who are you?" he asked if I spoke Spanish and I told him no. Sounded like a phone center in the back ground. After bullying him for a brief moment I finally spoke to him in Spanish to keep him on the line and fish for more info. This is some sort of cable/internet BS scam. I asked him how he got my number and why would you be an internet/cable company that only offers Spanish assistance in the US? And I hung up on these idiots. Don't take this call. Surprised they called back. Total BS Scam

Let it ring, pressed talk, then immediately pressed stop.  I've read about this before.  CID says toll free call.

Some guy posing for AT&T asking how I was doing and the reason for their call... then he hung up.  Hope I didn't sign up for something.
