They didn't call they texted me and said to call back.    I don't anybody anything, I just finished a chapter 13 bankruptcy.

same thing here about some debt and i dont own anyone anything.... has to be a scam

Scam. Same African American couple doing this from their kitchen or home.  You can hear them in the background - they're calling from their house.  They hit me up about 8 months ago pretending to be JP Morgan Chase.  Now they claim to be "Capital."  She says she's "Jemila".  About 8 months ago he said his name was "Mikal."  Please report them to https://www.consumer.ftc.gov/   Let's get these scammers nailed and in jail.  Seriously.  Please report the call, their number and the names they give.

Robotic recording left voicemail saying:
“One because we have sailed in our attempt to work this out with you directly we regret to inform you that we will have to report this issue to the credit bureau's and turn this invoice over for further review press one to be transferred to an account specialist…”

They never said my name or who they were. Might be scam although the recording acts like they are a debt collector or some sort.
