It is from Royal Bank.  They are advertising their long distant plan.

Call once a day, at varying times - I always let it go to voicemail and it produces an obnoxious beep-beep-beep for at least a minute, unless you cancel it.

I'd received about 8 calls from this number before I called the number from a pay phone.  When I called, I got a recording indicating that it was a call about the Royal Bank Talk & Save program, and that you can ask to have your number removed from their list.

They're on my block list now - gotta love the newer Panasonic phones with call blocking ability.

received 8 call already - not answering as I have call display.. really anoying, they seem to be not following and flaunting the DO NOT CALL law.
