called me today and then had someone call me and tell me they were going to be serving me.

Some one called me today caller ID said Private number.  They left a message saying I need to call this phone number 877-350-2866 or they are going to serve me papers.  I have been scammed in the past and got my money back, now i feel like since these scammer out their know this i get these kind of calls all the time to see if they can do it again.  This is really getting ridiculous!!!!!!!  It needs to stop!!!!

We are being left messages for a person we not know and I want my number removed.  You keep calling leaving messages for Jared Ferguson Case #860674 @ 225-751-4041 .  We do not know this person and do not have anyone by that name living in this house.  Please do not call this number and leave messages anymore

These people are calling family member stated that I wrote a fraudulent check and then when I informed them that I never write checks they said it was a loan but I don't owe on any loans but they keep harassing my family members

This company, NCS Litigation, contacted me about a lawsuit pertaining to a family member. Gave me a Case # but wouldn't go into specifics.
