Left message.  Jonathan Stewart of Priority Legal Caring (?) Services said he had a summons to be delivered to my home or place of business within 24 - 48 hours.  No details about reason for summons, just call the number for further info.  Didn't call back because I know a summons is just delivered without prior notice and there is no reason for me to have one in the first place.

I just received this call but didn't answer, they left a voicemail, person doesn't address my name in the message, just says "this is jonathan stewart" and that I am going to be "summoned" in the next 24-48 hours at either my home or place of employment and threatened that if I they come to my work they need a supervisor to sign off as a witness that I am being summoned and failure to sign could result in a missed court date. I thought they just look for you to be summoned without notice if you were really being summoned and how can I miss a court with a summons? According to the Fair Debt collections act collectors can't threaten to take action they can't legally take. Also isnt a summons only a notice that I have to respond and then a court date is set?

I have been getting these messages for years.  This person supposedly has no information about the "sealed summons."  However, you can call this number to get more information.  When you do that, they claim you owe some money and can take care of it for a discount amount.  When you push back and say they can serve you, they usually either just hang up or say "Good Luck" before you hang up.  I have been getting these calls for 4 years (someone sold a list or something so they reference loans from 6 years ago).  Sometimes, they also call family which scares your family.  They claim they have not been able to get ahold of you.  Most of the time, they have never tried, but this way, you will call them because of them contacting your family.
