You are most definitely a scam. You are calling me for a woman who was my mother in law over 20 years ago, hers my guess, when my ex husband died last year you searched the internet and found me as a possible relative for him. I've warned you not to call me before and as soon as you are located you will be facing a lawsuit. By all means leave your address and phone number so we can reach you. The number left in my voicemail was full of invalid extensions. Btw.. I just wired your Nigerian Prince brother $500, as luck would have it I hit the Nigerian lottery! As soon as he sends me my prize money I'll get a hold of you and pay my ex's bill... idiots

Looks like you are right.  That is a dead link.  There is no company in New York with that name.  However this might be some help:

It is incumbent upon them under the law to prove that the debt exists and that you owe it, and (this is the important part) that they have the legal right to collect it.  You are not obligated under the law to prove that you don’t owe or that it is paid.

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

First, you should make a complaint at this Federal Agency, and while there you should also read up on how debt collection is supposed to work as well as what your rights in this matter are: https://www.consumerfinance.gov/

Also file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.

How about your mailing address so I can hand it over to my attorney. The link you left is BS. You are bottom feeders, calling me for a debt that belongs to my ex mother in law. I divorced her son 2 decades ago. You are breaking the law. 1. I have already asked you to quit calling me. 2. You have told me of another person's debt. I'm reporting you and handing everything over to my attorney. I suggest anyone reading this does the same.

You should also be reporting them to the federal and state agencies I have provided links to.
