Locksmith was supposed to change my ignition and instead made a key which I was unable to used and kept my money.

Locksmity call center.  Waited 4 hrs didn’t have the key.  Made appointment for next day and never showed.  Not recommended.

People, I had really big problem with their technical person who was very rude a double charge me. I am going to sue them, do you want to go to the court with me and report problems that you had with them?

I called a “locksmith” sponsored on google. I called to report that my mother was locked out of her car. They said a “tech guy” would call me to confirm address. He called and told me the price would be $85. I asked him 2 times to confirm the price of $85! Then charged my mother’s card with $150 for taking less than 5 minutes to unlock her car. When I called to complain the managers were rude, unprofessional and plain disgusting!!! NO ETHICS AT ALL!! Basically told me I was lying and nobody told me a price. He wasn’t going to do anything because “I AGREED” to the charge. Told me to call the police, go to court do whatever I wanted because he didn’t know why I called back! Nobody escapes divine justice though!! Good luck!! Please please don’t get scammed!!!
