A man named David called said they would be serving me legal papers for a civil suit against me. To have two forms of identification would be needed. If I wanted to stop the process to call this number immediately.

A lady called saying I was being sued for check fraud

IF you were, you would have an unannounced visit by a licensed process server - NOT a cold call.  BLOCK!!

Got a call similar to the one above, but the number was listed as “No Caller ID”. They left a message stating she was Rosa from a private process server and  that I was to call 877-350-5001 in order to stop legal documents being delivered to my home or place of employment within 24 to 48 hours.

Ignore and block these calls. If you were the subject of a pending civil lawsuit, you'd have received a letter from the specific attorney for the other party.  You'd have a paper trail.

Then, if a case was filed, you'd have received a summons delivered to you by someone licensed to serve process in your locality.  You would NOT have first heard about any civil law case from some scammery-scummery debt collector who cold calls you and starts demanding money.

You can check this out yourself by simply going down to the local main civil court and checking the defendants civil list.  The court clerks are usually glad to help and are familiar with these kinds of scams.

A Rachel Adams called and left a message that I was  being sued for a payday loan.  told them I did not take out a loan in 5/13/13.  they said I would be served this week

Call and said [Josh Serlodo were working for Attorney Martin with Einstein and Sanders and need to speak to me in reference to a legal matter.
