Simple enough. Call your local Clerk of Courts offices & ask if you have a court date. You won't, case closed...your caller was a SCAMMER!

a message from someone Jessica Anderson calling from legal services regarding a grievance that was file against me on November 30th

message left that I need to call Kelly said she was calling on behalf of KNK something about asset retention and Grand Theft Auto regarding my daughters car who I cosigned for going to file with DALLAS COUNTY cit# and to call back ...called back got Michael Corbin said  they can call my work they are verifying who I am etc by what is on my credit report by concocting a story about  ...I seriously called them back because they mentioned my daughters car and grand theft auto but what a real piece of works they are. Threating people to settle up a debt by subpoena my work etc. for an old debt they are trying to re open and collect on. If I owed this would have been handled a while back. He needed to subpoena my work to see if it is a habit to not pay my debts seriously I just was able to get two new cars.

Someone saying he was Anthony Valduchi called my brother's home saying I stole bank checks - I have never worked at a bank in my life!

I received a call from Tim saying he was calling to inform me of a court date and that I was being served in a county I’ve in over 10 years ago. When I began to ask questions he got real agitated. I hung up. This is a scammer, beware!!!

They call me talking about I'm getting sued because I ow well Fargo $360 I'll call, well, Fargo personally myself, they told me I don't have a balance of anything. Pretty much they are scams.

Caller stated I am being sued in KS, and they are ready to send paperwork to MO. Asked for name, but he refused anything other than a first name, but says the name of the company is American Elite. Previous message on my vm stated his name was "Brad." He stated there are serious criminal charges against me, but if I call him back and negotiate a settlement, all charges will be dropped and everything will be fine. Otherwise I will be supeoned to Jackson County, MO to tell the judge why I'm skipping court dates. Returned call, demanded info. Receptionist disconnected call, and would not pick up for subsequent calls.

I also received a call today from my mother, who stated that she was called and I had to go to court.  I told my mother it was a scam.  My mother is 86 years old and these individuals should be ashamed!  This is a scam, do not fall for their tactics.

A guy named Brandon called my job stating they wanted to serve me from the police. That I needed to contact legal services regarding a matter they have been trying to contact me about.

I got the same pole to from a guy named Brandon saying that I had a warrant for my arrest for writing bad checks when I never wrote bad checks and then he called me a day tell me his name was Eddie and I had till noon to call back or you're going to have cops at my house in my rest warrant and he's going to be with him he works for Indiana processing center tell me call back 877-350-5017

This person called my corporate office cell, and work number several times. He was extremely rude, was yelling in the phone and when the receptionist answered he was telling her all of this false information about me. This could have potentially cost me my job but we know scammers when we see them. He said that this was involving tax fraud which in no way is true.  He also said that he was calling to let me know I would be served and that this has been filed with the court; which it hasn't. Nobody is forewarned about be served. Don't buy into their scare tactics folks. SCAM SCAM SCAM. He tried it!
