Dork collection agency for Check and Go payday loans. Threatening to come to my house and job for an unpaid $250 debt lol. They prey on the uninformed and try to scare them into paying much more than owed. Ignore them, theyll do nothing. No one serves papers for that small a debt. The court costs alone are more than that.

Called my mother's cell not mine. Asked if I would be home tomorrow to sign documents...I never give out my mother's number since I have my own cell. Sounds like BS.

Called my cell phone number looking for my niece like it was her phone they were calling. The first time they called left this detailed voicemail message about being home so they could serve her court papers and she had to sign them.  First of all that's not how you serve someone.  Get a special process server with the court and find her.  Idiots. Preying on the uninformed.
