This number is a fraudulent collection company.  **warning** I spoke to someone at Fair Debt Helpers (who I highly recommend calling).  She instructed me to ask this company (who claims to be National Check Recovery Services and who claims to have a court appearance scheduled against me) a few pertinent questions.  A) What is their actual physical address of their company.  Not PO box, but actual address. B) What is this debt they are calling about.  C) What is the amount.  The paralegal told me if they can't answer any of these questions than they are a fraud.  Do not send them any money!  They can't threaten to sue you.  But, you can report them to the FTC and FBI.  I have already done so.  

Be careful!

A person claiming to be Craig from some type of legal office - did not say which one or where it is located - left me a message claiming I am going to be "served" at the end of the week. He gave me the number 877-350-6050 to call to find out who the original creditor is, along with a "case number." These scamming debt collectors are getting very creative! I would report "Craig" if his phone number did not come up as "private" on my caller id.
