Saying that he has legal papers and my social security number he was coming to serve me at my home or work he calls 2-3 times a day

I received a similar voicemail except it was a female caller who sounded very professional. She had no foreign accent and had obviously researched what to say and pretended to be a independent process server with the local county. Even though I knew there should be no pending litigation against me, she was very good and made me think twice. However I took the initiative of searching the public court cases to confirm that the case number was fake. Definitely a scammer.

A woman left a message on both my cell and work numbers saying she was going to serve me legal documents tomorrow between 3-5pm. She said she was an independent process server from Maricopa County (AZ). She wanted me to call back and reference a case number, total scam!

sale story as all of you except after leaving a message for me she called a family member and gave them the spill i know this is a scam as they do not call ahead to schedule a time to serve u all bs

Amanda Fields from Alternative Dispute Center called and said I had an old payday loan from Check N Go which, with fees added, amounted to $515,.00. She had the last four of my social security number, my date of birth, and an address I have not lived at for over 7 years. I haves.never had a payday loan. She told me that if I did not settle, by giving a credit or debit card, it would be taken further. I told her I have no old payday loan, no credit or debit card and hung up. A man named Phillip Johnson, "Senior Arbitrator." called back later in the day and left two messages on my phone. I called and left a message on his phone to google his phone number and read what others are writing, and to never call me back.

Got a voicemail from no caller I'd number for my husband saying they would be looking for him tomorrow between 3-5 either at home or his place of business to serve him with legal mediation documents for a loan he took out in 2010!

Went on to say if they caught him at work, he'd need a supervisor to sign as a "witness" he got the papers.

My husband called and a man gave him the speal.
When my husband asked for a name of his business he said ADR mediation
"Stacey" claimed to be from San Bernardino county legal services.
I googled ADR mediation and called the number as I did not see any offices in San Bernardino.
They do NOT have any offices in San Bernardino.

I tried calling back the number to get more information. And I've gotten sent to voicemail twice.
Who can we report this to? Frustrating as now my entire morning has gone to figuring this out.

Said she would be serving me papers between3 and 5 today. The man she gave me anumber to was Timothy Larson.

Alternative Dispute Center is a scam company. Another number associated with this company is 877-350-5022. Check the number out on 800notes as they have a lot of good information over there.

As previously stated above, first an unknown process server telling me about being served at my home between 3-5 tomorrow with Henderson county in which I have not lived in that county in about 5-7 years, and then see gave me a case number and a number to call which was 866-727-0318, I called the number three times and it rings and rings and then a voicemail with Timothy Larson and then I called two more times and a lady named Karen picks up and so I start questioning her and trying to find out who the creditor is and exactly how much information they have since she kept wanting me to verify if it was really me or not she basicallt had enough and said you should have not called in then.  I read the comments with this number, so they have a new number so look out.
