Someone by the name of Justin Cormac called my job and left message with someone that its a legal matter.Called number back and told them not to call my job again. Says it wasn't them that called and that they have no way to stop the processor from serving paperwork.... The thing is no paperwork is ever served.

I got the same call from the same person.  When I called the number back, it was a group called Principal Credit Management.  They said I owed a debt to a payday loan place and I was going to be served paper work and sued unless I paid the money owed immediately.  I have until Monday to take care if this.   Trying to get things sorted out.
