I received an $*9.31 charge on our credit card bill from "IP-Celebrityfitsite 8773508515" and have no idea what this charge is for.  Can't seem to get through when I call the number.

I had the same charge...I called and am still on hold, for the past 10 minutes.  We'll see what happens.

After being on hold for 38 minutes, i finally spoke with someone. I had purchased a "sample bottle" of the acai berry and according to the terms after the trial of 14 days they automatically charged my credit card whether I received the product or not.

I got the same charge $89.31. My credit union was able to get a hold of them. There was a free trial that I paid shipping for. little did I know, that I had 14 days to tell them not to send any more and not to charge my account. The company is based in Saint Kitts and Nevis in the Caribbean. I've been trying to reach someone there for 2 days. Mostly, I get a busy signal. Funny that my financial institution can get thru, but I can't.

Were you able to reverse the charge or just stop future charges?

I was charged 89.31 with out any warning.  I had purchased a sample many months before and no where was there any information about having to cancel anything in 14 days.  I Called them on 10-31-08 and was given a confirmation # and told that I would get my refund in 3 to 5 busness days.  Two weeks later after no refund I called them again.  I was hung up on several times, but kept calling them.  I was told that I would get my refund soon.  But that it took 20 business days to recieve a refund.  I called again on 12-05-08 and was told that I would be put to the top of the list and would yet again recieve my refund in 3 to 5 business days and given yet another confirmation number.  When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told that they were in a meeting and could not be disturbed.  When I asked for the home office number I was told that they could not give that number out to the public
