I received a call from this number trying to collect a debt that occured over 16 years ago. The caller told me if I do not settle then it will become a civil suit on top of a judgement on my credit for 10 years. This so-called debt is not on my credit report.
The caller also gave me some address of a family member, an address that is unknown to me, and an address that was before this debt occured.
I really think it is a scam. Don't know what to do

I received this call my self from the same # we must be very careful they are reaching very careful they were trying to get you pay on line to avoid the judgement. Notify the three credit and make them aware of this situation .

I also received the same call about a debt that occurred 15 years ago which I dont recall having during that time which Im pretty sure. It was a call regarding a t-mobile payment that happened back i 2003 which i didnt have t-mobile. They named off 2 addresses which one of them is my family members address and one is the address of where i used to live at, I wanted to search on the internet about this scam and thankfully Im not the only one who received it. Now I know it's definitely a scam

2 family members recieved a call from this number looking for me today. They had some of my info but would not release any other info but a case number.  Sounds like a scam cause I dont have any outstanding debt that is headding to court. SCAM.

I just received the call. Three weeks ago I changed my last name and they are aware of my new last name. They must haven't gotten my name and number somewhere indicating I changed it. Our phone numbers should not be accessible to the public.The number that showed up on my phone was 347 298-6503

I received a phone call on my cell phone from a 347-298-6503. The guy advised me that a Civil Law Suit was failed against me and that I needed to call this other number (877) 350-8879 TODAY (2/01/18) because if they don't hear from me this will go to court with or without me present. So when I called this number an answer machine came up for me to leave my name and number.
