Absolutely DO NOT accept calls from this number. They threaten you with a lawsuit and when you ask for where they are calling from, proof and documentation, they resort to name calling, bullying and harassment. They also will not tell you where they are calling from.

This number is a scam, do not, do not accept calls from this number. They try and scare you into paying money to them. Just ridiculous.

The called me with a Restricted number and left a voicemail that said someone will be serving me papers at my home or job if I didn't call them back. The lady, "Meagan Stone," didn't sound believable and kept saying "umm" alot.

This is the "process server" extortion scam where they try to extort money from you by making you think that you are being sued.

First, you should make a complaint at this Federal Agency, and while there you should also read up on how debt collection is supposed to work as well as what your rights in this matter are:  http://www.consumerfinance.gov/

Also file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.
