Came across with no caller ID. Then I received a voicemail about a formal complaint against me. And that they were requesting my legal representation info.

Call unknown they say legal. Woman name Christine Bradley  from Rcs partners I  ask were they were located she wouldn't tell me. Google didnt have it.

Received a call from an anonymous number, eft a voicemail stating the name of Christine Bradley on my work phone to which I never use.  She said someone filed a claim against me and either I or my legal representation needed to call back.  I called back immediately.  Got her voicemail each time, then I hit zero to speak to an operator, it rang 5 times then disconnected me.

This caller sounds serious,  but I am approaching this cautiously I am having my family CD Lawyer call Ms Bradley back in the morning,  but the same verbiage was used here as was above,  "Mrs. C This is Christie Bradley Calling and we have received a Formal Plea and it is under review please do not ignore this call and either you,  your agent or Legal Representative Call me back at the following number   877-350-8987.  Thank you Goodbye"   Fortunately I have call record all built into my phone system so all calls in out or recordings get saved as audio wav files.  if any of you want the file I will be glad to up it so you can get an idea of the voice and what not

This is a a typical debt collection/process server extortion scam.

First, you should make a complaint at this Federal Agency, and while there you should also read up on how debt collection is supposed to work as well as what your rights in this matter are:  http://www.consumerfinance.gov/

same as above, received a call stating that there was a charge against me and that legal action was next. The woman called my work with the following phone number 909-740-6679 she had left several messages on my voicemail telling me that legas action was next.

She wanted payment for a loan that ii didn't pay and she was asking fr a $5000.00 settlement and that i could set up payments with them. I told her that i did not know what she was talking about and told her that i was going to report her at that moment she said thatshe was only giving me 24 hours to respond..

Same information as above- she indicated that U have a claim against me - she left a voicemail but when I called back several times it went to voice mail. I hit 0 to call the operator/ no answer it just rang.

Exact same. I’m not saying I don’t owe the money - super hard times. When I called she kept using legal terms like she was a lawyer etc. When I told her that the way that she’s wording all of this as a scare tactic with legal action is illegal, and that I would be reporting to them for that, she tried to just change it up to how would you like to make arrangements for this. I let her know that I would take care of that, but I would be reporting her and her company with her illegal collection tactics first. I told her not to contact me again stating the things that she’s been saying  or  she’s going to be just big digging herself and her company a bigger hole

I keep getting a call from a kristy Bradley freaking me out like all the others saying I have a complaint against me and I need legal representation. That I have 24 hours to comply or they will be forced to send a letter of intent.

“Good morning Devon this is Kristi Bradley with the pre-legal department of _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ H just providing you a final courtesy call my office will be making in regards to the complaint being filed against you your failure to contact my office by 12 noon today unfortunately will result in noncompliance resulting in forfeiture of your rights as your case is scheduled

"Hello_ hi my name is Kristi Bradley calling with pre-litigation dept of LSH. Im contacting you today concerning a complaint my office has been retained to file it is imperative that I speak with yourself or your legal representative I can be reach at 855-398-9953"

--she is aggressive and bored. find something else to do and be productive and good at that..not scamming innocent elderly people loser.
