- BigA replies to CrimsonLegacy| 1 replyNice try. This number is not published on their website. The only form of contact is a web form. Further a search of this number comes up with almost no hits, but one Google result does show it as a Medical Alert scam number. There would have been no reason for you to look up the number after they called if you were truly convinced that this was that company calling you about your billing information. I have reported your post as "misinformation".
- john eCalled and wanted to verify my new Medicare #-said they were with a lab associated my dr. uses. BEWARE!

- Carol replies to JudyThey have called me and I didn't answer. I don't owe any money to them. When I called back to speak to someone, the lady said they would be calling me back. Makes no sense.

- Amanda| 1 replyI received a call from +1 (877) 352-4381, a guy left a message stating they needed to update my insurance information, he left my name, dob, and reference number. I called the number back, although suspicious to me, the person who took my call asked for the reference #, the guy repeated the # twice on the voicemail so it was hard to figure it out, so the lady asked for the first 3 letters of my first and last name and my dob. She found me, said they needed the insurance name and claims address. I asked what it was for and she said a lab that was done on July 3rd. I said oh I bet that is from a COVID test and she confirmed it was from a CVS for a COVID test. It sounded weird but it was legit and she was super nice. After the call and speaking with them I knew it wasn't a scam. Hope this helps!
- Caller: Labcorp

- Christi replies to AmandaIt also happened to me an hour ago. And I called them back. Even though I had my doubts too. It was about my covid test needed my insurance number and Medicare ID number for part B. That made me wonder! But I gave her the information.

- Kat* replies to kelly" i wonder why they need more info since i already provided it at the time the appointment was made?" Possibly because this wasn't a legitimate call?

- MarianI don’t want to give my Medicare # to this co. That drugstore has billed Medicare for ex before so there’s no reason that labcorp should be receiving a # with a digit missing. They can send a letter if they’re legit.
