Who owns this number?  Been getting calls for week from it

You thought if you asked, someone would suddenly post who, as if they were waiting for someone to ask? You know about spoofing, right? Might not have been the subscriber who calls, maybe check back daily to see if anyone finds out.

The phone carrier owns the number since it purchased it from the North American Numbering Plan.  They then rent it out to businesses for as a long as that business pays the monthly bill on time.  I'm totally amazed that you did not know that.
