They've been calling at least once a day for over about 2 weeks now. I have a call blocking app so I blocked the 877-411-6784 number and, while the phone doesn't ring, I am able to see in the call log how often they still try to call. Today I got a different number calling (602-707-5509) and when I looked it up it came back to the same Midland name and complaints.

Midland Financial.  A debt Collection agency.  Did not leave a message.  I called the number back and determined that's who they are.  Blocked.

They also use other numbers  The last call I received is from 602-707-5509

They call for people we do not know.

They will sue you, sued me,  don't ignore

How can a scammer sue you?  I guess you think "sue" means "scam". So you meant to say:

I don't answer unknown numbers. No voice-mail left. Checked out number information here. Call has been blocked.

Same its getting annoying

they call and leave message to call back a different number then the one on caller Id. Always looking for the same person who does not live at this number. Very disturbing to say the least when you have a sick person in the household you are trying to take care of

Yes it is "Midland Credit"  One of the lowest forms of life on this planet.
