    Got this on my phone a few days ago.  No message.  No name to go along with the number on caller ID.

    It was an electronic voice message from Metropolitan Collectors. They wanted me to call them back at a 1-800 # or stay on the line to hear a message.

    Just got this call. It was from Metropolitan on behalf of my bank, which I'm not indebted to. Thing is, it was for someone else. Different first name, same last name. Thinking it was a mix up with phone numbers and names.
    But to make sure, I called my bank and my account is fine.
    Always check with your bank(s) and/or credit card company(s) when you get these types of calls.
