This guy solicits lawyers to pay to get on his website to help union members. When they decline, he calls the lawyers ugly names.

Same thing happened to me, except the guy called our office twice.  The second time he called I had performed an internet search on him and I confronted him with it.  Again, he called me some nasty names, at which point I hung up on him.  He called back and threatened to come to our office and teach me a lesson.  I immediately told one of our lawyers, and they called him back to get his company's information so they could file charges.  He told the lawyer that he was not a guy to start a war with and wouldn't give him any information.  This guy is off his rocker and needs to be taught some manners.

Joe Quinn called me supposedly because he had a DUI pi to refer.  I called him back.  He gave me a sales pitch for his union website. I declined and he cussed me out.  He call again about a year later from (877) 417-5188 with same pitch.

Same thing this morning-when I questioned him he had an entire string of really inventive profanity including my favorite-the "c" word. After he hung up on me I called the number back to find out who he worked for-he answered "Hello" and screamed at me to get laid, get a vibrator, have an orgasm, etc. Would LOVE to find out who he represents- is there any way to lodge a formal complaint? Our attorney thinks maybe he has mental  illness- I think he's just a [***].

Best thing is to see if you can legally record the phone calls with just a one party concent (I heard its legal in several states, with the one party being yourself)... if you can, record them... take down the number and turn it all into the police, and make sure to file a report against him. Also, report the number to... I guess the BBB and whatever else.

Calmly tell the S.O.B that he's been reported both to the police and to the proper connections. See what he says to THAT. ...and if he has something colorful to say about it, make sure to get it on tape.

Basically the same as all of the above. He called during lunch and spoke to the file clerk. She said he was rude and wanted to talk to an attorney. She took a message. Someone in the office called him back and when he couldn't get through to speak to an attorney  and that we're not interested he said "f*** you" and hung up.  He called right back and was shouting on the phone that he was going to come down to the office and put his f***'in foot up someone's a** and f*** this and c*** and we just hung up.

This was very upsetting to me.  I initially screened the call as I normally would, ended the call and he then called back and told me what a "c***" I was, how he was going to come down and put a foot in my a**, etc.  I called him back and told him to not call her again. He again went off on me.  I called the local police and had them contact him. Someone needs to find him and lock him up in a mental ward. Joe Q-U-I-N-N! I hope you're reading this...you F**in' nut job!

Does anyone know where this Joe Quinn guy is?...what state he's in.  I too have had a run in with him and he's CRAZY!!

Joe Quinn has a webiste called thelaborsite.com.  He will trick you into paying $500 to advertise there but no one looks at his webiste!  He called our office and said some of the worst cuss words that I can't even repeat.  He will say he is looking for an attorney but he tricks you into thinking he is a potential client. He is mentally ill and shouldn't be allowed to treat people like this.  He should be arrested and sent to the mental instituition for the rest of his life with no phone privileges.

We have not heard from him in awhile, but he called today and same story, wanted to speak to an attorney about a motor vehicle accident and refused to speak to a paralegal an began "f" bombing.  I just hung up.
