I received a call from a blocked number on July 10th saying if I didn't contact this number and give them this reference number he would serve me papers in 2 days on the 13th. When I called this number and gave them my reference number they said I had a pending lawsuit in my county and if I didn't pay $1300 that they would have there process server serve me papers to go to court. Told them I wasn't working at the time so they told me to refer to page 2 of the document they were serving me with. I got a call from the blocked number saying he was on his way to serve me papers and for me to be available all dY at my residents. This person never showed up. These people are fake scammers that need to be put in jail for harassing all these people. Look them up on the Internet upstate debt management you will see lawsuits against them and several complaints against this fake company do not send any money call the dephew,Ny police department and contact your states attorney generals office as long as file a complaint with the FTC and maybe we can have these people put behind bars.....

I recieved a call stating I would be served papers for an old pay day loan. If I paid the $150 the case would be cleared. Sad thing is These SCAMMERS failed to do research. I am a PA state Trooper and I have never had a payday loan in my life. PLEASE!!! Don't give any personal info to ANYONE over the phone. Ask for Documantation to be sent to your address (not an email). I cannot stress how important it is to get all the information before paying any funds.

Most definite a scam they are I went for a job and first question they asked me was if I was comfortable breaking the law in collecting on their payday loans I said no hence I didn't get the job their agency is not licensed the best way to get rid if them tape the calls and get an attorney to sue them for threatening you over the phone they have no intention of filing anything or garnishing nothing the debt was purchased by them and they need to be shut down
