    Calling saying they going to serve papers against me. They not gonna tell if they are  serving papers this is a scam so

    They left a vm, a real person speaking, saying that they were going to "file papers regarding a claim I made", or some such nonsense, also telling me I need to call their "pre-legal" department. In researching I found multiple complaints about this number with people saying it was Beeziddotcom - a penny auction site. Beezid's phone number from their website is 877-423-3943 - close enough for me to figure they're related. I've never used Beezid - some sort of scam.
