They called me twice and warned me that I missed a payment. I told them I don't think so. This guy try to ask me how much and when I made the payment.
I called Rogers Bank and they confirmed they didn't called me. This is very obviously a SCAM

I blocked this number a while back. When I looked at my messages this number called 3 times in one day, sometimes for 4 days in a row. They left no messages so I have no idea who it is. Pretty sure this is harassment

Keep getting calls during my working hours when I can't answer it, messages get left however they do not say anything therefore its likely some sort of scam...or perhaps the CRA or IRS wanting to take me to jail again if I don't pay them in google play cards or ITunes cards or bitcoin???

These idiots call everyday. My phone doesn’t ring when they call, and they do not leave messages. I called the number (877-425-7858) and a man picked up and said it’s an automated calling system. I called Rogers head office.  The number is 1-833-943-0171. The lady told me that the number (that’s harassing others and I) is their collection Dept. She too, was extremely rude and impatient. She asked for my credit card number and I failed to, because of mistrust. I will call Fido and have them put me through to the Rogers Dept. Rogers got the trophy for the number one most  disastrous company. No sane person should have businesses with them. I will take my business to another company where I can be treated with respect. While I was on the phone holding for Rogers, the same number called again and left no message. That’s the 3rd time calling in less than 2 hrs. My account is up to date. DISGUSTING.

They called times in one day. All three were basically the same as a prank call, nobody at the other end. I waited for a bit on one of the calls and the line went dead. I would have expected a higher standard of professionalism from Rogers bank.

Got a call three times from ‭(877) 425-7858‬ . First time in the morning, afternoon, and evening. I didn’t answer the first two times bc I’m from Canada and I don’t trust 877 numbers. But after the third time, my boyfriend answered for me and they said they were from Rogers Bank, calling about an overdue balance. I took the phone from my boyfriend, and said “hello?” And then they hung up right away...

I blocked this number but still get vm’s but it’s silent. I agree. If it’s Rogers banking they should at least leave a message. I get VM 3x a day even tho they are blocked.

This is indeed Rogers Bank. I was getting calls 3x a day, for about 2 weeks straight. Each time, they left a blank voicemail message. I blocked the number, thinking that it was a harassing spammer. I searched multiple phone-look-up forums, and saw some people posted that it is Rogers Bank, so I gave it a shot, and call the number on the back of my credit card for Rogers Bank Customer Service, as 1-855-775-2265. The agent who answered replied, indicating that 877-425-7858 is their Collections Department. Apparently, they do not leave messages and a machine schedules the calls regularly until someone picks up, and then it will connect a Rogers Bank agent to you. I gave feedback that they should at least indicate it's Rogers Bank in the future, because most people will not answer unknown numbers like this. It turns out, I was behind in my payment (the first one I ever missed). I owed $10.00 from a balance overdue last month. Rogers Bank Collections Department automatically schedules calls for any customer who has an overdue balance, and they will block your credit card from any future use until you pay the minimum payment, regardless of how good your credit history with them is. If you are unsure, call Rogers Bank directly yourself and you will see it is legit, but their customer service model is obviously terrible.

I feel the same way as you Katie. If it's legit Roger's Bank leave a damn message don't call repeatedly and not leave a message. I don't trust the number at all.

Legit Rogersbank CC - crappy, but they sure do get your attention!
Quickest way to make it stop is to pay your bill.

I am indeed 2 weeks late for a $17 minimum past due payment with history of paying almost always in full and on time. They are calling a few times a day - I do believe it's automated. They can't leave messages on VM because they can't be sure your number is private voicemail and collections are not allowed to discuss your debt with anyone else except the account holder.

If you do happen to answer, refuse to tell them anything more than "If it's true I'll take care of it. Thank you. Goodbye"
