I received a legitimate call from our water line insurance company.

We got a call today from this number at 12:40 pm, and it was blocked by our call blocker. They have also called from 877-444-7750. Although it's HomeServe USA, a legitimate company, their caller ID is always UNAVAILABLE. Several years ago they took over the maintenance contract which we had with our gas company. Now they want to sell us additional services, none of which interest us. Paying a monthly fee for protection of indoor plumbing and electrical wiring costs much more than having to call a plumber or electrician for the rare occasion when they are needed.

Did not recognize the number, and the caller ID was "Lorenzo Meadows".  I am getting a water line repaired via HomeServ, but why not use HomeServ as the caller ID, not someone's name?  I did not answer, there was a message on the answering machine wanting me to call them back.  Their plumber is already scheduled to come out tomorrow.
