I did to cant find out who it is

I received this number on my cell phone.

I received a message from 877-444-8660, said they were calling from Quality Health and that I had requested a call, said to input a five digit number.  I did not request what they stated and when I called I tried to opt out as directed in their message, call 877-444-8660 and push #9.  When I called the number was never able to get the #9.  There is just too much of this type of thing happening.
