Working on a fraud claim now with my bank. Same story as all of you. SECOND time to have this happen in a couple of years from very similar situation from another adult site who stole our name and bank account number but gave a fake address.

*this $29.95 charge is a RECURRING charge!! BEWARE!

call center number is, as my last problem was, nothing but a payment processing center who said my refund would be processed in 3-5 biz days. I'll believe it when I see it.

LAST issue also seemed to have a running theme of Everhome mtg. customers, per a forum like this one.
Both times these fake charges have happened were not debit card fraud, but checking and routing number fraud. This would make sense, then, that our information was stolen from a site where we pay by checking/routing numbers not a debit card--- such as Everhome mtg.
    Good luck, everyone.

I have spent the day with the same 29.95 draft issue from our business account. This phone number is to a company called Billing Support. They are located in New Zealand. They say they are a third party billing company. The company they took my 29.95 for is called Web Entertainment, an online adult site. Somehow they have gotten my account information and started drafting my account. Billing Support says they will credit it back within 3-7 days. I questioned why they would continue to service Web Entertainment given the number of people they are stealing from and they claim they have investigated the company because of the number of complaints such as mine but they have been unable to find any fraud. Go figure. Urrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! The slimeball people in this world. They WILL all answer one day. I just don't get why they think they WON'T.

I too was just charged 29.95 from my checking on 3-20-13 by Web Entertainment. We also deal with Everhome, and this is the second time in the last couple of years that this has happened.

We got a $29.95 "charge" from our joint checking account that we only use for monthly house expenses.  It looks like a check but there's no image of it.  I contacted my bank and they said it was web entertainment 1-877-456-5175.  I called and they said they are a payment company and would need the memo ID or control number to be able to tell me who he merchant actually is.
I've contacted my bank for the same and am also logging this as a fraudlant charge as we have not purchased or authorized anything. We do not have an Everhome mortgage.

I got the same checking withdrawal charge of $29.95 for Web Entertainment and I didn't authorize this transaction either. It was charged March 20th, 2013 and posted March 21st.  I called my bank and they gave me the number of the billing company who processed the charge and when i did, the rep. told me they would refund/reverse the charge but it would take 5-7 days. I did have a mortgage with Everhome, but I refinanced with another mortgage company in Feb. 2012.

Interesting, I just found this in my account. Charge on 3/21. I am going to call my credit union for reversal and Everhome, our mortgage co, as they seem to be the common theme. Seems as though they need to upgrade their web security.

I had the same thing happen last week and I was an Everhome customer.

Apparently they create these very high check numbers so they don't conflict with your current checks and submit a demand draft.  You can put a standing order with your bank to stop payment for high check numbers.  For example check numbers over 10,000 up to ten million you can put a stop payment on.  That way they can't clear your account.

I was told this should make them go away.

I too had a mortgage with Everhome mortagage a year ago and got a charge of $29.95. Called the number and the bank to stop the payment and got a refund. I think someone hacked into Everhome mortgage or inside person selling the information including past customers.

I disputed the charges with my bank and called EverHome Mortgage....the lady I talked to said that her supervisor is working on this issue....I asked for his name and she said Mr. Howell.  I asked to be contacted back when they have figured out the issue and had it fixed.  So, they are aware of it.  I warn the people that call the company though....when you call them and tell them you want a refund, you are letting them know that your account is a current account and you will probably have more charges like this.

Ah Ha!  We used to have our mortgage with Everhome, several years ago.  and they used the old bank info too.  Old bank name and routing number and Old bank Name was on the draft form.
Web world charge of 29.95  out of the blue with no connection to anything we have done lately.

I just had this charge on my account as well.  We have no connection with Everhome, so not sure how they got our information.  I tried calling the number and was on hold for over 10 minutes with a recording to hold.  I have also filed a fraudulant charge with my credit union.
